I'm an Associate Professor of Law at the Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and the author of Craft Weed: Family Farming and the Future of the Marijuana Industry (MIT Press).

I use interdisciplinary research methods to study environmental and natural resources laws and policies, agricultural regulations, energy and hydropolitics, and international development.  My scholarly publications can be accessed on this site or at my author page on the Social Science Research Network.
